The staffs can not find our reservation because we had maked a reservation late night befor. But they solve this ploblem with professional and we can access to our room very very early morning without any charge. Very helpful Staff and very clean and comfort hotel. Lawson on G floor.

In the heart of the Minato-Mirai area, just a minute's walk from Minato-Mirai Station, The Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu offers spacious rooms with a balcony, spectacular views of Minato-Mirai and free... The view from my room and the bath was absolutely spectacular. I really couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony just taking in the view, especially in the evening when the cosmo clock was lit up and changed colours. The breakfast was nice as well. I liked that they had freshly squeezed orange juice and many varieties of pastries, also with chefs there to make you an omelette with fillings of your choice. The location was fabulous due to the hotel being connected to shopping centres and the metro line. You don’t have to walk very far to reach many different shops and restaurants. To top it all off, they even gave me a small music box shaped like a gift bag to celebrate my birthday. I was really touched by this little detail. I’d love to go back.

The Westin Yokohama ligger i Yokohama och erbjuder ett fitnesscenter, en trädgård, en gemensam lounge och en restaurang. This brand new hotel is one of the best experiences I had in Japan. Great location at Yokohama. We can see Mt. Fuji from our room. The room is clean and spacious. The electric blind is excellent. Woke up, pressed the button and you can see Mt. Fuji on your bed!
