The room was spacious and clean, everything was so perfect. I booked a room to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and when I told the staff they prepared a letter and a box of chocolates for him! My partner was so pleased. A but thank you to the staff for being so kind and considerate. My partner and I often stay at hotels, but we both agreed that this is definitely one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at!

As you would expect from a Hilton the facilities were great. Staff extremely helpful and genuinely friendly which made the stay all the better. Room facilities were top notch.

Excellent location, beautiful views, nice bar, and great service. The room was also spacious, clean, and very high quality.

The room was extremely spacious! Location wise, I loved that it was only about a 17mins walk from Yokohama station, or a 5mins walk from shin takashima station.

Sen avulla pärjäsi tiiviin ohjelman (5,5 h) lounastaukoon asti. Ravintolan sijainti kerroksessa 19 tarjosi hyvän kaupunkinäkymän. Sijainti oli oikein hyvä: kongressikeskukseen lyhyt kävely, jossa pystyi käyttämään myös messukeskuksen tiloja helteisinä aikoina. Metro ja ostoskeskukset olivat samalla etäisyydellä. Ilta-aterioiden hinta-laatusuhde oli myös erinomainen.

Free coffee and tea, and at times small snacks in a charming corner of the lobby. Self-service laundry - clean, easy to use; well equipped lounges on the top floors, which are slightly higher priced, with free drinks and snacks from 17:00 - 21:00. There is marginal noise from trains passing by, not ideal, but acceptable for most people.
